Needed repairs to the pool equipment and called several close by companies Perfection’s Pools called back quickly, located a part that is no longer being made for my pool (wow, how awesome) and managed to get someone to install and complete the job before any other company even responded to my call!! Tim is amazing, he knows his job and does it very well, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing pool repairs!! 5 stars all the way!!!

I called multiple pool service businesses and Tim was the only one to return my call. After 6pm, he was very helpful and assisted me in understanding the pool pump and how it functions in very simple terms. I appreciate him and his advice, I will be keeping his number to recommend to my friends and for myself and our new pool.

Hired perfection pools after having a horrible experience with litchfield pools. Tim came in got all the algae out of my pool replaced my handy valve and fixed the air leak that litchfield pools caused. Also Tim is a great guy and definitely listens to you as a customer and will definitely help guide you the right way even if you’re on a budget. He won’t sit there and push you to purchase something if you don’t need it or if you don’t want it. So far it’s been a great experience.
